LIARS!!!! - Legal Zoom Trademark
I applied for a trademark and used Legal Zoom to help fill out the application. They talked me into applying for the wrong category for my business. Now the trademark will not go through and if it does, it will not be for what I want. I called Legal Zoom and cried over the phone about this. The Putz who was supposedly trying to help kept me on the phone for an hour and said that I NEVER called Legal Zoom. They could not find one phone call conversation I had made regarding the issue. Then when he said, "Hey I spent nearly an hour trying to help you", he expect me to fall down to my knees Thanking Him? 500 bucks down the drain and NO TRADEMARK and he should get a fucking raise for this?
Oh but they did offer a very kind offer to reapply for a trademark at a 25% discount? Yeah, your kidding right? I would never give you the time of day let alone anymore of my business. May you be sued by richer people then me.
Not only did Legal Zoom talk me into the category, they went out of their way to do so. Then they washed the freaking hands of me when I needed help. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE PITS. GO ANY WHERE ELSE BUT THEM!!!!
