Company fraudulently charges my credit card
Even though I never made any purchases at LegalZoom.com , nor did I provide them with my name, address or credit card number, a charge appeared on my credit card account in June 2015. I reported it as fraud, my credit card was cancelled and I was issued a new credit card number by my bank. In July 2015, the same amount was charged to my NEW credit card number for LegalZoom. How a merchant is able to automatically charge your credit card, even if the account number changes is bizarre. Well, here we are in August and the charge has appeared again. It is a monthly auto-charge being billed to my account without my authorization. Talked to LegalZoom and my bank numerous times and no one can resolve this. Ironically, I think I need a lawyer.....
